Reflexiones sobre el cine y el conflicto armado: un análisis de contenido para debatir en las aulas de clase.

Abstract

Este artículo reflexiona sobre el valor didáctico que ofrece el cine para comprender mejor la naturaleza de la violencia en Colombia. El trabajo es de carácter empírico-documental y se aplicó a documentos cinematográficos que abordaban el conflicto armado. Para tal fin, se hizo una muestra de 46 películas discriminadas entre largometrajes, mediometrajes y cortometrajes. Los géneros incluidos fueron el documental, la ficción y la animación. Se aplicó un instrumento de categorización por ficha de visualización fílmica; cada ficha se adaptó con elementos objetivos, no objetivos y subjetivos, y de tipo curricular. El análisis inferencial y categorial dio valor didáctico a tres cintas que se seleccionaron por sus contenidos curriculares y su respectiva pregunta problematizadora. Al final, y por medio de las ciencias sociales, se analizó y reflexionó sobre el tipo de violencia utilizada por los actores armados y la veracidad de los hechos históricos narrados.

This article reflects on the educational value that cinema offers to better understand the nature of violence in Colombia. The work is of an empirical-documentary nature and was applied to cinemato-graphic documents that dealt with the armed conflict. For this purpose, a sample of 46 films was made, discriminated between feature films, medium-length films and short films. The genres included were documentary, fiction and animation. A categorization instrument was applied by film viewing card; Each card was adapted with objective, non-objective and subjective elements of a curricular nature. The inferential and categorical analysis gave didactic value to three tapes that were selected for their curricular content and their respective problematizing question. In the end, and through the social sciences, the type of violence used by the armed actors and the veracity of the narrated historical events was analyzed and reflected on.
