El ejercicio de la ciudadanía en las emisoras comunitarias de Bogotá : Una mirada desde el humanidmo cívico

Abstract

Here are some thoughts and proposals under the philosophical perspective of civic humanism, which conceives and assumes the human being as the radical subject in politics. An in-depth look through different experiences in the new community radio of Bogota, leads us to consider that without this practical exercise, which leads the real citizen to evolve from a simple spectator to serve as a builder of its own political life, social phenomena would not have been developed. Today this enables the right to communication in large cities of the country. Likewise, it is raised the need to defend a model of public radio that think above all, about its commitment to the dissemination and promotion of identities and cultural diversities that live in this country called Colombia.
