dc.description.abstractEn el mundo que nos encontramos y que está cada vez más globalizado e inmerso en la tecnología; la educación superior enfrenta a un gran desafío y es adaptarse a las demandas y las expectativas que tiene este contexto académico. Los docentes que se encargan de formar a los profesionales deben dominar contenidos según su área e incorporar indiscutiblemente habilidades pedagógicas, estrategias etc. que favorezcan el desarrollo integral de sus estudiantes. Sin embargo, hoy una dificultad recurrente en las instituciones de educación superior o para el trabajo es la existencia de brechas en la formación docente específicamente en el ámbito pedagógico esta situación se debe en muchos casos a que los profesionales que ejercen la docencia provienen de carreras como ingeniería, administración u otras disciplinas no directamente relacionadas con la formación pedagógica. Como resultado esta falta de preparación pedagógica puede limitar la calidad y la excelencia académica que se espera en estos entornos educativos.spa
