| dc.description.abstract | La revolución tecnológica está transformando el mercado laboral. Factores como la globalización, la diversidad cultural, la hiperespecialización laboral, el cambio climático, el contexto geopolítico entre otras, están creando un panorama de creciente incertidumbre, (Foro Económico Mundial [FEM], 2023). Estos cambios exigen la implementación de sistemas educativos flexibles, que se adapten a un entorno laboral dinámico y en constante transformación. De esta manera, el objetivo de la presente investigación se basa en el diseño un ecosistema educativo inteligente, flexible y autoorganizado para las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES). La metodología adopta un enfoque mixto, exploratorio, explicativo y aplicado. Como resultado, demostramos cómo las universidades pensadas como ecosistemas pueden aprovechar su capacidad instalada para descubrir capacidades ocultas porque les permite tener una visión ampliada de su alcance y de su entorno; las conexiones generan captura de valor, brindando mayores posibilidades de aprendizaje personalizado y centrado en el estudiante. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The technological revolution is transforming the labor market. Factors such as globalization, cultural diversity, hyperspecialization, climate change, and the geopolitical context, among others, are creating a landscape of growing uncertainty (World Economic Forum [WEF], 2023). These changes require the implementation of flexible educational systems that adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing work environment. Thus, the objective of this research is based on the design of an intelligent, flexible and self-organized educational ecosystem for Universities. The methodology adopts a mixed approach—exploratory, explanatory, and applied. As a result, we demonstrate how universities designed as ecosystems can leverage their installed capacity to uncover hidden capabilities, allowing them to gain a broader view of their reach and environment. These connections generate value capture, providing greater opportunities for personalized, student-centered learning. | eng |
