Abstract

Este trabajo presenta una estrategia pedagógica educativa para facilitar la elaboración del estudio técnico del plan de negocios de los estudiantes de grado undécimo, de la Institución Educativa Técnica Pijaos, ubicada en el municipio de Cucaita, vereda Pijaos, aplicando la metodología basada en el paradigma interpretativo, con un estudio cualitativo, bajo el concepto de investigación-acción, con 19 estudiantes en el año 2024, quienes al momento del desarrollo de la investigación ya eran exalumnos. Se empleó una encuesta en Google Forms y un grupo focal para determinar las necesidades de los participantes frente al desarrollo del estudio técnico, destacando dentro de los resultados que los exalumnos conocen y pueden determinar los aspectos de mayor dificultad y de esta forma se diseñó una página web interactiva con un desglose del estudio técnico segmentado, organizado, con ejemplos y plantillas editables, además de recursos visuales que simplifican la redacción y elaboración del estudio técnico.

This work presents an educational pedagogical strategy aimed at facilitating the development of the technical study section of the business plan for eleventh-grade students at the Institución Educativa Técnica Pijaos, located in the Pijaos rural area of the municipality of Cucaita. The methodology applied is based on the interpretive paradigm, using a qualitative approach within the framework of action research, involving 19 students in the year 2024, who by the time of the study were already alumni. A Google Forms survey and a focus group were used to identify the participants’ needs regarding the development of the technical study. The results highlighted that the alumni were able to recognize and define the most challenging aspects. Based on these findings, an interactive website was designed with a segmented and organized breakdown of the technical study, including examples, editable templates, and visual resources to simplify the writing and completion of the technical study section.
