Los Rankings en la Educación Superior: una propuesta de atributos para el rol del Gerente Educativo.

Abstract

The present research work arises from the motivation and interest to contribute to the context of Higher Education in the midst of a reflection on educational trends, where the topic of Rankings was predominant and its impact has led to the transformation of educational practices. From this perspective, the idea of articulating them with the actions of Management and Management that the Educational Manager dynamizes and in this way consolidate a group of attributes that allows in a synergic way to respond to the changes that Higher Education faces in the XXI century was promoted.

El presente trabajo de investigación surge de la motivación y el interés por aportar al contexto de la Educación Superior en medio de una reflexión sobre las tendencias educativas, donde el tema de los Rankings fue predominante y su impacto ha llevado a la transformación de prácticas educativas, desde esa perspectiva se impulsó la idea de articularlos con las acciones de Gestión y Gerencia que dinamiza el Gerente Educativo y de esta manera consolidar un grupo de atributos que permita de manera sinérgica dar respuesta a los cambios que enfrenta la Educación Superior en el siglo XXI.
