dc.description.abstractDefinitely in the first decade of XXI century there have been great and deep changes in markets and with them come the need to recombine the various resources of organizations seeking to create high value in order to promote sustainable competitive advantages that enable them to join the knowledge society, as expressed by the studies of Castells (1996) and OECD (2001). These new requirements make more complex the management of organizations and lead us to analyze them from the standpoint of intangibles. Innovation is the key element that guarantees sustainability and permanence in international markets, becoming it the business engine that is fueled by intellectual capital based on knowledge.eng
dc.description.abstractDefinitivamente en el primer decenio del siglo XXI se presentan grandes y profundas transformaciones en los mercados y con ello surge la necesidad de recombinar los diferentes recursos de las organizaciones buscando generar alto valor y que sean fuente de ventajas competitivas sostenibles conduciéndolas a incorporarse en la sociedad del conocimiento, como lo expresan los estudios de Castells (1996) y OCDE (2001). Estos nuevos requerimientos hacen más compleja la gestión de las organizaciones y nos lleva a analizarlas desde el enfoque de los intangibles, siendo la innovación la pieza clave que garantiza su sostenibilidad y permanencia en los mercados internacionales, convirtiéndose en el motor empresarial cuyo combustible es el capital intelectual, basado en el conocimiento.spa
